The largely owner-built home is constructed with 90% re-purposed, salvaged or surplus material including two 40' high-cube containers connected with a 4' wide stick-frame core. Close to UO (go Ducks!) venues, Lane Community College and access to I-5. There is an additional charge for a 5th person. For an additional fee the owner is available to provide a one hour presentation about construction, material resourcing and challenges of residential construction with containers. Loft bed is suitable for two children or one adult. Reservations for 5 persons must include at least 2 children. So, 4 adults or less, 3 adults and 2 or fewer children, 2 adults and 3 or fewer children maximum. Please note the home is not child-safe as is, and will need some coordination with the owners beforehand.
