We are currently searching for a Program Director to oversee the daily operations of three of our Springfield adult group homes. In this position you will lead a team of Direct Support staff in providing person-centered supports to adults with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
The Program Director is responsible for daily operations of the program which include supervision of staff, scheduling, financials, payroll and is on-call for supporting staff. This position is also responsible for creating and implementing Individual Support Plans, onsite staff training and retention, and budget implementation.
Qualifications:
Position requires experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. A bachelor's degree in the field of human services, psychology, education or related field is required and/or a combination of significant education, experience and abilities. Prior experience in developing and implementing ISPs, budget implementation and in supervising others is desired. Must have good decision-making, time-management and communication skills. Top candidate will possess strength in administration, finance, DD programs, leadership, communication, and teamwork.
