Position Description: The PODS office in the School of Architecture & Allied Arts at the University of Oregon invites applications for possible temporary, part-time, limited-duration teaching positions. Areas of expertise include: marketing, social media, brand development, and entrepreneurism. Online teaching experience required, experience in career development preferred. Minimum of a master's degree in a relevant field is required. In exceptional circumstances, significant professional experience in a relevant field may substitute for a degree. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Positions are limited duration appointments potentially renewable for up to a total of three years. In limited circumstances, there is the possibility of renewal beyond threeyears based on programmatic need, funding and performance. Applicants will be accepted on a continuous basis; screening of applicants will take place as positions become available and continue until positions are filled.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
