The Department of Psychology at the University of Oregon is updating its pool of adjunct instructors to teach undergraduate and graduate courses. Positions are temporary, intermittent, or, of limited duration; for one term (roughly three months) or multiple-terms, not to exceed one-year. Positions may be renewable for up to 3 years depending upon need, funding, and performance.
Instructional areas may include introductory psychology, research methods, thinking, cognition, clinical psychology, clinical practica (Oregon psychology licensure required), or development.
Ph.D. in Psychology or a closely related field required; university level teaching experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
