Performs tasks to aid in the fabrication process. Duties may include cleaning/supplying/holding materials or tools, cleaning work area and equipment.
Grind/sand rust off of assigned material for preparation of fabrication process.
Operate hand tools as needed to perform assigned task.
Examine finished material to verify conformance with quality/training standards.
Clean/sweep work area as needed.
Supports production team through professional communication and cooperation. May interact with various departments, department leads and shop supervisors to meet daily requirements.
Works safely and follows all BHS policies and procedures for ensuring a safe work environment. Completes required annual safety re-certification.
All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Must be able to follow verbal work instructions through active listening. Ability to learn new tasks essential. Basic writing, reading comprehension and math skills required. Must work safely at all times.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
