Description oOperate various types proof sorters
oProcess incoming and outgoing cash letter files from merchants / banks
oProcess all phases of the balancing entries and making corrections as necessary
oInsure time critical items are being complete before deadlines
oProcessing of various types of file formats
oBalance and input of all incoming and outgoing files
oManage incoming and outgoing inter-office courier bags for all offices
oAnswer incoming phone calls to assist and support internal and external clients
oResearch projects
oOther projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
o10-key by touch and have an understanding of debits and credits with a strong focus on quality and production
oStrong math and problem solving skills.
oPrevious banking experience and knowledge of bank operations
oBasic knowledge of ImageCentre, Jack Henry Inquiry screens as well as banking products and services, a plus
oExceptional client services skills
oAbility to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
oAbility to work independently and as part of team
oExcellent problem solving, organizational and communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
