If yes, then we are looking for you! We have an opening for a qualified, professional Onsite Residential Apartment Manager with excellent organizational and communication skills that also has an understanding of mental illness in order to successfully manage our 9-unit, low income apartment housing located in the heart of Eugene, Oregon.
Essential Job Functions Maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance.
Demonstrate strong communication skills for communicating with residents, co-workers, and management.
Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
Conduct apartment inspections; Clean and prepare apartments after each turnover (ie.
cleaning, painting, repairs, carpet cleaning and lock changes get done in a timely manner and in the appropriate order); Perform grounds maintenance to ensure areas are clean and well maintained Assist tenants with lock outs and other maintenance requests.
Successful applicants will be able to work independently, set priorities, meet critical deadlines and utilize collaborative problem-solving skills and communication when interacting with residents and staff.
Experience in the field of property management/maintenance is preferred.

Honesty Integrity Competence Tenacity & Enthusiasm Professionalism Drive This position is expected to work Approximately 10 to 20 hours per week with a monthly stipend and housing allowance for an apartment, including utilities (water, sewer, garbage, electricity) paid.
This is a HUD supported program.
We do not allow drugs on the premises and only allow smoking in designated areas.
