Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Automotive Warranty Administrator.
This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient processing of warranty claims and maintaining accurate records, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and process warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty records, including claim documentation and correspondence.
Communicate effectively with manufacturers, dealerships, and customers to resolve warranty-related issues in a timely manner.
Analyze warranty trends and provide feedback to management to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the operations of the warranty department.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive warranty administration or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with warranty management systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of automotive systems and components is desirable but not required.
