We are looking for both Full Time and Part Time team members to work at our Eugene tasting room located at 88 Jackson Street, while providing potential support to our other locations in the local area.
The starting wage for this role is $16/hour plus tips.
Full Time employees are eligible to enroll in HDC sponsored health care benefits after the standard waiting period has been met.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional customer service experience and education to every patron that walks through our doors.
Pour samples and educate customers about Heritage Distilling Company products in our Tasting Rooms, both for on-site and some off-site events.
Adhere to all State and Federal laws pertaining to the sampling and serving of alcoholic products.
Maintain accuracy in cash handling including customer transactions and opening/closing daily shifts in the Point of Sale system.
Keep the Tasting Room clean in accordance with set standards.
Answer the phone, assist with inventory counts, and stock the Tasting Room with products and merchandise.
Assist with member programs including (and is not limited to) bottling, labeling, and prepping supplies.
Represent HDC professionally at all times, during both on-site and off-site events.
Other special projects as assigned by the Tasting Room Supervisor.
Expectations:
Attention to detail and pride in work for both internal projects and those that serve our customers and clients.
The ability to problem-solve and use sound judgment and work without direct supervision.
Communicate Tasting Room needs to management, such as inventory levels or equipment malfunctions.
Willingness to be a part of a team and assume necessary duties as needed.
Attend company-wide and department staff meetings as indicated by the Tasting Room Supervisor.
Appropriate dress at all times in the Tasting Room and for special events.
When assisting with bottling, clothing must also meet safety standards.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Obtain current State Alcohol Pouring certification.
Obtain current State Food Handlers Certification.
Ability to use a computer and learn our Point of Sale system, Distillery Manager software program and other programs used by HDC.
Ability to represent HDC in a professional manner, both in writing and in person.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Physical Requirements:
It is expected that the person in this position can tolerate standing for long periods of time and have the ability to lift moderately heavy boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
