Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments Maintain patient records and update information as needed Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient flow Provide administrative support to the dental team as required Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols Clean and disinfect treatment rooms between patient appointments Maintain inventory of dental supplies and order replenishments as needed Monitor sterilization equipment for effectiveness and perform routine maintenance tasks Adhere to infection control guidelines and OSHA regulations Assist with other clinical tasks as directed by the dental team
Experience:
Dental Front Desk, Office Administrator, 1 year required Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols Clean and disinfect treatment rooms between patient appointments Maintain inventory of dental supplies and order replenishments as needed Monitor sterilization equipment for effectiveness and perform routine maintenance tasks Adhere to infection control guidelines and OSHA regulations Assist with other clinical tasks as directed by the dental team Working knowledge of Eaglesoft Education:
High school or equivalent (Required) Job Type:

7am-5pm Pay Range:
