85 an hour 9 hours ago 9 hours ago 9 hours ago The Eugene Water & Electric Board is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill a Utility Support Worker I position in our Support Services Department.
The Utility Support Worker I performs basic traffic control set-up and traffic control/work zone flagging.
They are also responsible for maintenance, general labor functions in EWEB's Water and Electric Systems, and operate utility service vehicles and other construction equipment as required.

Additional duties include delivering equipment, tools, or materials to job sites.
Performing minor maintenance and repair on tools and equipment.
Performing a variety of construction and maintenance tasks such as brush clearing, cleaning construction sites, hauling and spreading gravel, shoveling, raking, operating electronic locating equipment, and other general labor activities as needed.

Six months experience working outdoors in all weather conditions, preferably in construction or roadway/traffic control environment.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver license:
Yes.
Class A CDL, or the ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
Professional license or registration:
Obtain Traffic Control Flagger Certification within 2 weeks of hire.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
