Responsible for the coordination of daily operations within the Lubricants Department.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintain and operate all office support processes including phone and email order entry, shipping and receiving paperwork, shipment scheduling, and coordination with other branches.
Assist in periodic inventory counts.
Assist in scheduling incoming inventory products.
Partner with the internal sales group to ensure ongoing relationship with customers.
Communicate with warehouse and drivers about upcoming shipments.
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word Knowledge of basic CRM system Excellent organizational and communication skills Able to lift up to 25 pounds Able to pass background check and drug screen Working Conditions:
Majority of work conducted in office environment.
May be required to drive in inclement weather Work involves moving boxes and employee must lift, bend, stoop, pick up and move objects up to 25 lbs Work schedule is Monday through Friday.
Must be willing to work overtime if there is a business need.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally lifting weights of twenty-five (25) pounds or less Climbing several flights of stairs and ladders Occasionally bending, twisting, and turning while lifting weights of less than fifty (25) pounds Data entry while seated for greater than one-half (1/2) hour Standing for extended periods of time Benefits include:
