Maintenance Technician
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Ensure communities repairs are maintained in a timely manner.
Ensures the community is in agreement with the current federal, state, and federal standards/regulations.
Supervises the housekeeping staff which includes training, performance, evaluation, and handling disciplinary issues.
Responds to maintenance request by community members which includes, painting, plumbing issues, electrical, heating, and masonry work.
Schedules maintenance checkups on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, fire alarms, generators, washer and dryer, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipmentExhibits good time management and organizational skillsPossess the ability to handle complex issuesDemonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills Recommended Skills Coordinating Hvac Housekeeping Interpersonal Communications Maintenance Masonry And Bricklaying Work Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
