Starting pay is $21.
19 per hour plus a.
75 shift differential for swing and graveyard shifts.
We also offer a great benefits package that includes health benefits, 401(k), and quarterly performance bonuses.
We have openings for entry level production roles for our swing shift (3pm - 11pm) and graveyard shift (11pm - 7am / 9PM - 7 AM).

Run machinery that sorts, cuts, presses or finishes engineered wood products Manually grade, sort, and guide pieces of veneer on conveyors Use shovel, broom, and/or equipment to clean up work areas Operate a forklift, crane, or other rolling stock Qualifications Candidate requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age Have a high school diploma or GED Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check and physical Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Successful candidates will be able to:
Be motivated, take pride in their work and be able to work in a fast paced environment Be a team player, be willing to learn new things and be part of a collaborative team Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and have good attendance Be able and willing to work all shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime Follow all safety practices, participate in safety initiatives and help others work safely Be able to perform labor-intensive work in a production environment Be able to work in extreme temperatures, in dusty and noisy conditions, work from heights, and in confined/restricted areas Be able to lift 2-20 pounds regularly, climb steps and ladders, and stand up to 3 hours at a time for 8
