Responsibilities:
-Maintain a professional image and attitude in keeping with the objectives of the company and resident's welfare -Keep the grounds, garbage container areas, garages and/or parking lots, in a neat and orderly manner -Complete work orders -Regular maintenance of the building exteriors and interiors --Maintain a neat and organized workshop area free of clutter and debris -Turn vacant units (paint, maintenance, clean) within management schedule -Change the lock(s) on all vacant unit doors -Adhere to safety policies and procedures -Perform other duties as may be assigned by management -On-call responsibilities -Must work with residents in a professional manner -Excellent time management and organizational skills -Able to work with little supervision -Have a basic set of hand and electrical tools
Qualifications:
-Basic electrical and plumbing -Appliance Repair preferred -Basic painting skills -Pool experience Preferred -At least one year of experience Requirements:
