This position will work closely with the Production Manager and other team members to accomplish daily tasks within the production lab.
We are constantly pushing the boundaries of quality within the legal Oregon market and require all of our employees to hold themselves and their work to the highest standards.
Qualifications and Responsibilities; - Must be 21 years of age, have current OLCC workers permit, and H.
S.
Diploma.
- Able to stand for 8-10 hours while doing repetitive tasks with hands, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds - Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety/quality standards - Prior experience with hydrocarbon cannabis extraction, with a thorough understanding of extraction principles, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Understanding of distillation and its use in an extraction lab setting.
- Understanding of the extraction process, including principles of thermodynamics such as condensing and expansion as they pertain to hydrocarbons.
- Monitor and operate laboratory equipment such as passive closed-loop extraction systems, vacuum ovens, and dry scroll pumps with strict adherence to SOP's as outlined by the Production Manager.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of extraction equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team members and supervisors to report progress, issues, and improvements.
Starting Wage is $24.
00 an hour with ability to move to salary based on performance Schedule is Monday - Thursday averaging 35-40 hours per week Job Type:
