The right individual will work with a team of Productions Assemblers as to ensure products meet requirements by assembling and testing components to our products with minimal supervision.
Position
Summary:
Assemble and test electronic/mechanical components to support production requirements.
Qualifications and Critical Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent 2
years electromechanical assembly experience Ability to use small hand tools & measuring devices (i.
e.
torque driver, calipers, hand press) Ability to recognize and effectively handle small parts Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or similar environment Ability to recognize all colors in a normal spectrum - requires passing a color perception & near vision test Ability to communicate clearly & effectively with all levels of personnel across all processes Ability to work in a team environment or independently Desired Results:
Build and test product in accordance with work order requirements, manufacturing instructions and production schedule Follows, identified, and recommends improvements to manufacturing policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Minimizes scrap and rework and accurately identifies, rejects, and segregates nonconforming material per established procedures.
Accurately and legibly records data associated with manufacturing process as required.
Knowledge of basic video formats & functional testing Soldering certificate Associate's degree in electronics Ability to read and understand wiring and circuitry schematics Ability to troubleshoot electronic and mechanical devices Experience with MRP/ERP systems Physical, Ergonomic and Environmental Considerations:
Constantly positions self to assemble product Constantly operates assembly and test equipment such as torque drivers, brass hammers, & X-Acto knives Constantly moves about the production floor & stockroom to access materials & assembly tools Occasionally moves materials & parts weighing up to 50 pounds from stockroom to production floor Rosen Aviation is not an ordinary company.
