Customer Care and Contact Specialist Footloose Massage Center, celebrating its 18th year of operation, is now accepting applications for a vital part-time position:
Customer Care and Contact Specialist.
We offer consistent schedules, paid sick time, paid vacation, a complimentary monthly massage and advancement opportunities including possible full-time employment.
Our locally owned and operated massage therapy facility needs an eclectic, dynamic person who is self- driven and motivated, but is also friendly in demeanor and conduct.
As the first point-of-contact for every step of our business from schedule maintenance to client satisfaction, we need a representative who can adapt to variables during all phases of the position.
Preference will be given to those with a verifiable work history that includes the essential traits listed below, and the consistent ability to work 25-30 hours/week of the following shifts:
Tue 9am-5:
30pm (can be fewer hours) Wed 2:
30-8:
00pm Thur 8am-2:
00pm Fri 8am-5:
30pm (can be fewer hours) Essential traits for Customer Care and Contact Specialist Effective and inviting demeanor for in-person and telephone communications Must be able to accept constructive feedback with a positive and proactive response Dependable and reliable attendance and eager adherence to policies and procedures Ability to energetically adapt and prioritize tasks according to shifting needs Experience with scheduling software and multi-lined phones is favorable One year or more commitment preferred Strong grammar, spelling, penmanship, and attention to detail Compensation is $16-19/hour based on prior experience and job performance with regular advancements by review.
