Delivery Driver (night)

Our delivery area is not large but weekends and busy nights can mean you will take 3 to 7 deliveries often times when you get back to the restaurant.
This means you need to know the area well or learn the area quickly.
Also need to move efficiently outside of the vehicle.
The job also requires lobby upkeep, answering phones for orders and register orders.
Good customer service is a must.
Good handwriting is a must as well.
Drivers are also in charge of keeping boxes folded for food.
These things need to be done quickly and efficiently.
This is not your typical delivery job due to the volume of customers in house, through Grubhub/Doordash and our own delivery.
We can have upwards of about 100 deliveries on a weekend night shift.
Part time is $14, full availability is $15 an hour.
$16 is for driver leads.
Tips are received at end of each shift.
On paychecks, drivers receive $1.
50 per delivery they took.
When there are driver leader positions available, promotion and raise is possible.
Drivers are required to leave 5-10% of their tips to the kitchen staff each shift.
The kitchen does both jobs when drivers are out.
But no worry! Drivers can easily make around/over $100 on a weekend shift plus their $1.
50 per delivery and hourly pay.
Also in search of a day weekend driver! Saturday and Sundays 11am-6pm.
Required to work them during U of O terms.
