At this time we have an opening for an unlicensed personal assistant/ receptionist.
Professional and positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must.
The role of the unlicensed personal assistant/receptionist is to help manage the day to day aspects of our operations.
This person is responsible for scheduling, answering the phones, maintaining the databases, coordinating, and printing mailings to past clients, farms and bulk mailings, inventory, outsourcing, scanning, postage, office errands to the bank, Staples, post office, misc.

Duties include, but are not limited to This is not an outside sales position.
This is mostly a sit at the desk all day, talk to clients, manage schedules, etc.
You will be provided with all the tools necessary to achieve our mutually stated goals.
The ideal candidate will be able to handle phone calls and emails to clients constantly.
The ideal candidate will have experience using Microsoft programs, Canva and other computer skills.
We have set office hours and paid vacation for full-time employees.
We offer an insurance stipend at the end of the 90-day probationary period.
Professional appearance, attitude and work ethic are a must.
Candidates are subject to a criminal background check and a credit check.
Task oriented, good communication skills; detail oriented, fast paced environment and team oriented.
Performance Reviews will be set at 30, 60 and 90 days after hire.
