Provide hands-on and remote support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other computer equipment.
Incident Management:
Respond to user-reported incidents promptly and efficiently.
Log, track, and manage support requests using a ticketing system.
Follow established procedures for incident escalation and resolution to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
Installation and Configuration:
Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
Set up user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Perform software installations, patches, and updates as required.
