You will work on a variety of tasks related to manager's working life and daily needs.
To ensure success as a personal assistant, you should exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills.
Accomplished personal assistants are intuitive to the needs of the managers and work autonomously to provide customized support.
This Job will typically be 2-3 hours per a day Monday-Friday.
The time of day has some flexibility.
Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
Creating Marketing Material Running errands & Shopping.
Creating Emails Making Phone Calls Database Management Assistance in Planning Events.
Mail out letters weekly.
Observing best business practices and etiquette.
Personal Assistant Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Has reliable transportation.
Flexible schedule.
Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
Working knowledge of printers, copiers, & scanners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Experience with Social Media & Canva Job Type:
