Leadership Development Program Opportunity:
The AAMCO Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a two-year program that provides exceptional training around sales, negotiations, P&L ownership and employee management.
At AAMCO, you will have the opportunity to learn directly from our Executive Team.
Our LDP incorporates one-on-one, on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and cross-functional exposure.
Committed to your success, our Executive Team will work with you to develop a career path to achieve your goals.
Successful LDP graduates are promoted to various leadership roles such as Corporate Operations Manager, Franchise Operations Manager or other managerial roles within AAMCO.
We also assist you in purchasing an AAMCO franchise or pursuing graduate school education.
Program Outline:
The LDP begins with 10 weeks of immersion training designed to teach candidates all aspects of our business.
As a member of the program, you will report directly to a member of our Executive Team and receive one-on-one coaching from day one.
Week 1 Location - Virtual Program Highlights - Robust orientation around AAMCO's sales model, point-of-sale system, operational model, automotive terminology, and functionality.
Meeting and networking with your LDP cohort Weeks 2-4 Location - St.
Louis, Chicago or Connecticut Program Highlights - Fully own the operation and management of a corporate store.
Lead a team of 5 - 7 employees and take responsibility for all customer interactions.
Receive training and coaching directly from the VP of Corporate Stores.
Weeks 5-7 Location - Major U.
S.
City Program Highlights - Help a Franchise store boost store performance.
Franchise assignments will skew towards locations with the biggest opportunity for improvement.
Receive training and coaching directly from a VP of Operations.
Weeks 8-10 Location - St.
Louis, Chicago or Connecticut Program Highlights - Hone store management and operation skills at a corporate store.
Successful graduates are promoted into the Corporate Operations or Regional Operations Management team.
Relocation bonus eligible.
Corporate Operations Manager fully runs a corporate store, selling complex automotive repairs and managing a team of 5 - 7 technicians to diagnose and repair customers' vehicles.
Reports directly to the VP of Corporate Stores.
Regional Operations Manager oversees a region of 30-40 AAMCO franchises, providing assistance to support and training to maximize store performance.
Reports directly to a VP of Operations.
Weekly travel is required.
Performance bonus eligible.
Qualifications and Skills:

Annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000 with additional bonus structure averaging $5,000-$35,000.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
