Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting in maintaining the sanitation of the facility according to Federal and State Guidelines for food manufacturing facilities according to the Master Sanitation schedule (MMS).
This position will also follow company, customer and third-party audit sanitation standards for the facility while knowing and complying with all safety rules and good manufacturing practices.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Execute all sanitation tasks related to the Master Sanitation Schedule Operate cleaning systems and equipment as trained and specified Maintain daily reports, logs, and records according to standard operating procedures, processes, and company expectations Perform all other Sanitation jobs in the facility and manage a high paced environment to ensure high manufacturing efficiency and quality.
Ensure all Safety and Quality Program standards are met in the facility ESSENTIAL
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must be able to follow written methods, paying close attention to details.
Must be able to follow specific work direction and adjust as necessary to accomplish the job.
The ability to work independently Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed POSITION DEMANDS:
Standing and walking up to 12 hours Lifting and carrying 25 to 50 lbs.
Pushing/pulling more than 1,000 lbs.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
