o Client Intake Answering the phone Answering emails Conflict checking Screening clients Communicating with current clients:
o Calendaring important dates and deadlines o Drafting correspondence to clients o Preparing and maintaining client files o Scheduling appointments Providing administrative support:
o Maintaining time records o Preparing basic reports Providing support to legal staff:
o Drafting (including but not limited to):
Estate documents Probate pleadings Contracts Pleadings for civil litigation Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office o Including (but not limited to) Outlook Word Excel Preferred education and knowledge Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field or completion of such a degree by the time training is completed Basic knowledge of accounting Training While experience working in a law firm providing estate planning services and/ or services to businesses is preferred, no experience is required, and training will be provided.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
