The admin team plays a vital role in maintaining BIA's excellent customer service brand.
We are currently seeking a motivated individual who is interested in developing their skillset and contributing to a team of professionals.

Primary Responsibilities Greet clients and walk-ins in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service via in-person appointments, telephone calls, and e-mail Courteously answer and direct phone lines Maintain timely and accurate notes and records for all client interactions in BIA CRM Schedule appointments and light filing Process incoming and outgoing mail Scan paper documents into system, enter relevant data and forward as needed Maintain breakroom, make coffee, and order office supplies Open and close office Monday through Friday Complete projects as assigned Attend all trainings as assigned by Lead Collaborate with insurance carrier partners to effectively service agents Accurately process and post agent commissions received from insurance carriers Work closely with area agents on carrier contracts, licensing, and certification Provide online and in-person contracting and commissions support for licensed insurance agents Qualifications and Education Requirements Minimum of two years of professional office experience, health insurance industry preferred, not required Pass drug screen and background check High school diploma or equivalent degree required; college coursework preferred Detail-oriented and have a high level of proficiency with data entry Comfortable processing paperwork ensuring data is accurate and HIPAA guidelines are followed Advanced computer skills, including MS Teams, Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook, and search engines Ability to quickly learn new computer programs Effectively follow manual processes Excellent ability to read and comprehend both written and spoken English and communicate clearly and professionally Excellent people skills and comfort working in a team-based office culture Must be self-motivated and confident with a high level of problem-solving abilities Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
