We are currently seeking a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time opportunity to work at two nearby schools in Eugene, OR.
Responsibilities include:
Developing appropriate Individual Education Plans for deaf and hard-of-hearing students
Designing and implementing instructional lessons appropriate for deaf, hearing, and hard-of-hearing students
Evaluating student progress and adjust instruction appropriately
Developing the communication skills of deaf and hard-of-hearing students
using appropriate amplification devices effectively with deaf and hard-of-hearing students
Requirements:
Oregon teaching certificate to teach Deaf and Hard of Hearing students
