JOB SUMMARY
Designs and delivers training and staff development programs. Consults with leaders, program managers, analysts and other training professionals on caregiver training needs. Collaborates with the Learning and Development Center of Expertise (LD COE) in system-wide training assessments and curriculum development. Partners, to design and deliver standardized orientation (new hire, department-specific and new manager), leadership development and other cross-regional training programs with teams and individual accountabilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Designs and delivers educational programs using PeaceHealth training standards, processes, and templates. Measures and compares results to desired outcomes and objectives.
Consults, communicates and educates others in region on training standards, adult learning, training and curriculum methodologies, skills validation and training effectiveness, as needed.
Networks with LD COE and other regional LD departments to promote sharing, collaboration and development of common training programs to support organizational strategies and training needs.
Develops and maintains appropriate instructor manuals, training materials, job aids and documentation procedures using standardized tools and templates.
Supports large scale implementations by providing regional coordination, direct training, Train-the-Trainer programs or collaborating in instructional design.
Provides the Caregiver Resource Center with information on current training and standards for training documentation.
Works with training manager, program manager, analysts and training manager along with learning and development specialist to assess and develop training to meet regional or departmental needs.
Provides data to document training or validate competency in the training management system.
Assesses caregiver and leadership satisfaction and evaluates impact and value.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training and experience.
Master's Degree in Education, Instructional Design or similar area strongly preferred.
Experience/Training:
Three years training experience required, preferably in healthcare.
Experience in a large or multi-campus organization strongly preferred.
Preferred Additional Experience for Epic related roles:
Experience implementing Epic systems and developing and delivering Epic training preferred.
Experience with large scale technology implementation development preferred
License/Certification:
Certification or additional training in adult learning, instructional design, or human performance improvement preferred.
Other Skills:
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required.
Project management skills essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with projection equipment and/or webinar technology.
Technical training development and Learning management systems preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
